Jenny’s musical journey began at the age of 6 when she first sat down at a piano. Her passion for music led her to pursue a Master of Music in Piano Performance from the University of Illinois and a Bachelor of Music in Piano Performance from the University of Washington.

After earning her teacher’s certification from Trinity International University, she dedicated 25 years to serving as a public school music teacher, gaining valuable insights into the diverse needs of her students and audiences.

Alongside her piano expertise, Jenny is a skilled multi-instrumentalist, specializing in violin and ukulele. She has achieved success as a Bluegrass fiddler, written 7 ukulele books with over 125,000 books sold, and presented at prestigious music education festivals.

Jenny has also contributed to the music community by serving on the faculties of various colleges and universities and as a regular performer with the Chicagoland Educators Orchestra. Her talent as a composer has been recognized through the selection of her works for performance at the American String Teachers National Conference.

Jenny Peters provides a high-quality Privia Casio Keyboard and a professional sound system to ensure a rich and balanced musical experience. The setup includes optional microphone support upon request. Both the keyboard and sound system can operate on battery power, allowing for flexible placement at outdoor events. To protect the equipment, Jenny requires a covered area outside of direct sunlight. The setup is designed to perform beautifully in both indoor and outdoor environments, ensuring reliable and exceptional sound quality for any occasion.
