Professional MC hosting keeps announcements clear and scheduled activities organized. We coordinate introductions, company remarks, employee recognition, prize drawings and other planned moments with your event organizer.

Optional karaoke, hosted trivia, Music Video Bingo and photo booth entertainment give guests more ways to join the fun. These options can be scheduled between dinner and dancing or featured as a main activity, depending on your event plan.

Expect professional sound, wireless microphones and lighting appropriate to your selected package. We balance sound levels for announcements, conversation and dancing, and dress to suit your event.

Before the party, we discuss your timeline, music preferences, entertainment choices and venue requirements. We arrange setup access in advance, arrive with time to prepare and test the equipment, and carry backup equipment and music. Setup and teardown are included.

For company Christmas parties, we plan music around the evening—from guest arrival and cocktails to dinner, employee recognition and dancing. Professional MC hosting helps introduce speakers, make announcements and guide scheduled activities. We coordinate with your planner and venue staff so the entertainment supports your event’s timing.

Our coverage includes Chicago’s north, northwest, North Shore and western suburbs, along with southeastern Wisconsin. We also provide entertainment throughout the year for weddings, private parties, reunions, themed celebrations and venue events.

Please coordinate the following setup requirements with your venue before the event:

• Parking and access: Convenient loading access near the performance area is needed. For rooms above or below ground level, please provide a suitable elevator or ramp.

• Electrical power: Two dedicated 120V circuits rated 15–20 amps, with outlets within 25 feet of the DJ setup. Please confirm circuit availability with your venue.

• Setup space: A minimum area of 8 feet wide by 6 feet deep is required; 10 feet by 8 feet is preferred. Please allow at least 7 feet of overhead clearance for lighting. The setup surface must be flat and dry. Outdoor events require full overhead cover.

• Table: One sturdy 6-foot table with black linen. The venue may provide this, or we can bring it by prior arrangement.

• Setup and teardown: Please allow access 60–90 minutes before guest arrival for unloading, setup and sound checks. Teardown typically takes 45–60 minutes after the performance.

• Internet access: Wi-Fi or cellular reception is helpful for guest requests but is not required for our standard DJ service.

• Additional equipment: Photo booths, projection and expanded lighting may require additional space, power or setup time. We confirm those requirements when planning your selected package.

• Insurance: We carry $100,000 in general liability coverage. A certificate of insurance is available upon request.
