I have worked as a chef and menu developer for the past 10 years in both Austin and Houston. I am skilled in all sorts of types of cuisines but I specialize in both Italian, American and Chinese. I am willing to help cook for your event or side by side with a crew of cooks. I have my own knives and transportation and willing to travel. I am available to work small events, cocktail parties, personal chef work in house and large events with other chefs. I do have people I can refer if more than one chef is needed and all are reliable.

I am on time for events, I have my Travis and Williamson County Food Handlers. I am also available for house parties, cocktail events, personal chef gigs as well as big events. I also have my TABC and I am available to help with beer, wine and simple cocktails (It has been a while since I bartended so I prefer to not do extreme mixed drinks).
