I love trying to understand what makes one particular dish or ingredient so important to a culture or myself and incorporate THAT into a dish.
My cooking style is spontaneous and straightforward while being layered and always focusing on balance and depth of flavor. I love highlighting unique flavor combinations and incorporating interesting ingredients and textures.
I have experience cooking in and running a wide variety of restaurants, with cuisines ranging from French to Peruvian. Tasting menu to BBQ. I have had the privilege of traveling to France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, and Japan.
