Chef Shedric is a seasoned educator, presenter, and trainer. In the corporate world, he served as a divisional employment and training manager for Darden Restaurants, one of the nation’s largest full-service restaurant companies. In the in the academic world, he served as associate academic director for the Art Institute, responsible for the administration of culinary curriculum. He knows how to deliver a message with clarity and precious. He is a veteran member of Toastmasters International and the winner of various regional speaking awards in Southern California. He combines storytelling, humor, and two-way communication to engage his audiences in making the learning experience fun.
