I have experience in both fine dining and off-premise catering. I can offer food and staff for: Cocktail Parties, Grand Openings, Open Houses, Corporate Functions, Office parties, small weddings, BBQs, Birthday Parties,...Although most of the work I do is off-premise catering I am able to drop-off food in disposable containers so you are able to set it up yourself. My crew and I are able to adapt to any space ensuring your event goes flawlessly.

My goal is to produce amazing, delicious, eye catching food and serve it the way you and your guests will love it. I will help develop a menu appropriate for your needs and tastes. I can handle any dietary restrictions or concerns. My main focus is on quality and professionalism. Experience is an asset that anyone recognizes the second they see it. I've worked many different events from weddings, birthday parties, corporate functions, grand openings to concerts and large galas. A professional is not someone who just knows their craft... its someone who also knows what to do when things start to go wrong. I offer you my many years of experience working in kitchens and countless events.
I grew up surrounded by amazing food. Almost everyone in my family has had experience cooking. Some of my family members worked in well known kitchens all over. I looked forward to holidays. In my younger years I went into computers, networking, web design and video production. Proud to be a geek. It just did not fill this void within me. So about 10 years ago I changed my path. I attended school at the Culinary Institute of America (CIA). Going back to school was a mind blowing experience I must say. Majority of my culinary lessons came from working in kitchens all over NYC. I feel in love with catering because I was not a slave to a specific menu or venue. I love what I do now. It brings me joy to see people laugh and make sounds while eating my food. I cook every single day. I cook for myself, family, friends and my dog (who I claim as my son). Food allows me to express my creative side. Its my art. I focus on flavor 1st and then I try to focus on its appearance. I would rather my food smell and taste amazing than just look pretty. Once I started on this journey 10 years ago... I never looked back. I love what I do and I can't call it work. Each day cooking for me is a gift to learn and grow. It allows me to breath if that makes sense.
