August 11, 2026In planning a dinner party we began to look for a chef and found Chef Bobby. He was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. The food he prepared was very appealing to everyone. It was beautiful to look at, made the house smell wonderful and tasted great. It was a great party!

August 10, 2026Chef Bobby is a wonderful chef who creates meals and menus that transport the diner to faraway locations without ever having to leave your home or hometown. Recently, Bobby catered a wine tasting event at my private residence. The idea was to taste 6 wines from 6 different countries, and pair each wine with a bite of food that represented that country. The creativity that Bobby brings to the kitchen is second to none. The food pairings were delicious and spot on as a compliment to the chosen wines. And the presentation of the pairings was stellar. Each bite of food was placed on a bent spoon, for balance, then placed on a tray for presentation as the wine was poured. Everyone at the party was blown away by the flavors of the food. In addition, Bobby took the time to tell us why he chose the food he chose, and why the food was the right choice for the chosen wines.
