Chasing Dreams Photography

I hosted a family reunion/ 70th birthday party for my dad. I met Mary a couple months before hand and immediately felt that her vibes would be perfect for my family. She met with me twice, once to come preview our venue. She was open to a lot of communication in the planning process, which I need myself to feel productive.
As we got closer, our expected number is rsvps went way above the original guesstimate. She was not phased at all.
In the planning process I got to meet her husband, and the day of I got to meet her son, as they are both also photographers who work with her. Her son also had an amazingly positive and relaxed energy, and very professional for his young age. They provided the right balance of relaxing, chill energy I needed as my morning of started out barely escaping a trip to the ER, throwing off some of my behind the scenes original plans. They adjusted to accommodate this seamlessly. We had discussed my desire for candid/documentary style photos as well as some posed photos with specific people and a group photo with everyone. We checked all of these off the list, and I was surprised to find that moments I would catch a sweet interaction happening, wanting to reach for my own phone to capture the memory, as soon as I’d turn, I found that she was already magically there taking a photo. Our event was yesterday, so I hope to add photos to this review once I have them. But could not wait to give 5 stars.
