Chantil Dukart

I've had the pleasure of working with Chantil on many occasions from private events to presenting her concerts at the venue I book for. She's exceptionally talented as both a pianist and vocalist, always professional, and great to collaborate with

Chantil always delivers an unforgettable experience. Her keyboard skills are top tier, and she pairs her playing with a distinct and beautiful voice. Whether solo or with any of the fabulous ensembles she puts together, she's sure to deliver a wonderful experience for any and all around her.

Having worked with Chantil Dukart as host of her live, in-studio session on KGNU Community Radio, I wanted to see her play to a larger audience. When I secured a Five Points Jazz Activation Grant from Denver Arts & Venues, I slotted Chantil and her hot trio, the Dukes of Art, to open a celebratory show I produced at The Savoy in Curtis Park. With the help of Chantil on the bill, the concert sold out and Chantil and the Dukes delivered! She's a pro and a force on stage, blending strong piano chops with a wonderful and unique voice, whether covering a jazz standard, playing an original, or adapting a modern rock tune for the jazz idiom. I also hired Chantil to sit in with the headliner of this show, an international jazz singer named Nani Vazana from Amsterdam; in the role of pianist for Nani's tribute to Nina Simone, Chantil stood out for her creative contributions to this local pick-up quartet. I see Chantil's star on the rise, including an upcoming featured show for Denver's premiere jazz promoter, Gift of Jazz, and following several appearances at Dazzle and Nocturne (our two top jazz venues) and I commend Chantil Dukart to you without reservation, for any gig where you need a powerhouse performance, or an appropriate addition to a program where music matters. She's a gem and you'd do well to help her shine.

I've had the pleasure of Chantil performing for > 10 of my festival events. I've also seen her play clubs and other venues (including clubs, auditoriums, bars, outdoors...) in a variety of band configurations. She is an extremely talented jazz singer/pianist. Her originals are wonderful too! Without reservation, I highly recommend Chantil.

Chantil played two hours of our Annual Nederland Jazz & Wine event which sells out every year with 1,000 attendees. She was a joy working with, leading up to the event and post event. During the event, she put together an ensemble which the audience loved - playing classic to new jazz, singing beautifully, and speaking with her new fans. I have also hired her solo at jazz lounges, and she stops everyone in their tracks who then sit back and order extra drinks. My friends have also hired her to play keys, and they love how she fits in always, amplifying their sound and delivery.
