Melanie Upright is the CEO and Founder of the Center for Interpersonal Communication. With more than 25 years as a leader in education and training, Melanie brings her expertise in communication to leaders who believe in continuous improvement. At the request of ASBOs, she speaks on topics including soft skills for the future, time management solutions and interpersonal communication. As an author, she is an invited speaker on podcasts discussing her recently released book, More Time to Lead; A Principal’s Guide to Empowered Teachers, Successful Students and Satisfied Parents. Melanie earned her Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Towson University in Towson, Maryland and is working on her doctorate at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore.
