He was super sweet. Came on time, called from outside to make sure kids were ready. He personalized his outfit based on our party. Looked SO LEGIT, looks exactly like santa. He engaged with all the children, he was charming and loving, overall great experience. My only feedback would be that he asked for my kids info, but didn't remember it. It would have been a super magical touch to memorize their details, so he could surprise them by knowing some of the stuff (like how old they were turning, or some fun facts about them). Would hire again in a heartbeat and recommend him 100%
