July 12, 2026We hired a bartender through CDE Citizen Dane Enterprises for our July 4th party, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions we made for the event. The owner was incredibly helpful and instrumental in putting everything together, providing the list we needed and guiding us through the whole process. I coordinated everything from out of state via email, and it went off without a hitch, completely smooth from start to finish.
Kara, the bartender they sent, was fantastic. We had around 40 guests (not everyone was drinking), and she handled the signature drinks perfectly, everyone raved about them. It was a hot day and she worked a solid four hours under a tent we set up with some fans, and she never lost her energy or her smile. She made the whole event feel effortless.
We couldn’t have been happier with the whole experience, from the owner’s help coordinating remotely to Kara’s performance on the day. Highly recommend this company without hesitation.

Price range: $200 and up
My fee includes a minimum of one extra hour of prep, my portable bar set up if needed, any coolers/metal bin, cocktail ice bin, barware tools and equipment, cocktail straws n napkins, trash can, fan, floor mat, constant clean up and ALL unlimited, detailed consultations.
I can also assist with the quantities of your beverage purchases, brand recommendations and glassware/cupware details.
I can provide custom signature drinks and two 8x10 framed drink menus displayed on bar. Including event heading, custom drink names and ingredients with any desired color scheme and font.
Client gratuity amount is always at the discretion of my clients. I bank on my exceptional service being rewarded. No mandatory minimums.
Use of tip jar is assumed but not mandatory. Add $15 per hour without.

Just some FYI:
The client provides all product - alcohol, mixers, glassware and ice.
I can recommend alcohol choices, brands and quantities with unlimited consultations to get all the details right for your shopping list.
I can provide unbreakable 10oz clear plastic solo cups for a reasonable fee. Perfect size for cocktails and wine and will not crack and leak like most products out there!
Final quote may be determined by what all alcohol is to be served, assumed use of a tip jar and actual guest count.

The events my team and I serve include all weddings, corporate events, birthdays, graduations, anniversaries, festivals, trade shows, bachelor(ette) parties, frat parties, etc.
I have over twenty years of customer service careers from wholesale business owner to financial adviser to pro shop manager that led me to creating this event service.
I was also inspired to start this customer service business from countless experiences with rather rude, discourteous and incompetent servers. I could never understand how often people who relied on tips for their livelihood would not put forth the effort to earn them.
Should your venue require liability INSURANCE please go to (link hidden) for reasonable one day rates. Rates usually run about $1-2 or so per guest.
My personable, hardworking and award winning team includes Gabby, Kaylee and Kara who can serve as bartenders or servers depending on your needs. Our team will treat your guests with respect, professionalism and efficiency. We believe service with a smile is not a cliche' phrase, but the way we choose to do business.
We do not sell a product but we do sell an experience. We strive not to be the ego driven, center of attention "charmer" bartender that we've all encountered at the club scene.
The focus should always be the event and/or the host. The bartender should compliment and reflect the event, not dominate it with his or her banter.
