October 17, 2024I had Causmosis come over for an event of Open Mic as a host and a performer. She was very cooperative, did amazing, understood the assignment pretty well. She tried to incorporate all our requests, arrived well in advance which made things flowing smoothly.

Vivian Moon aka Causmosis is a poet and MC based in Orange County, California on Gabrieliño-Tongva land. Inspired by the power of community and artistic expression, Causmosis aims to incite independent thought and revolutionary growth.
Causmosis can perform spoken word, original music, or both at your event. Fans of spoken word poetry, conscious hip hop, and unleashed creative expression can vibe with her thoughtful rhymes, playful personality, and charismatic stage presence.
Vivian can also use her skills as an improvisational artist, public speaker, and training facilitator to host your event. Whether you need a formal, organized host or an energetic, engaging emcee, Vivian can ensure a professional, courteous, and lively experience for your guests.
Spoken word can be performed without a microphone or sound system for most small venues allowing <30 people. For medium to large venues or outdoor spaces, I require a microphone and sound system to amplify my voice so all can hear comfortably.
For musical acts, I currently require all equipment to be provided by event organizer or venue including microphone and powered speakers. I can provide my music via email or USB drive. If event organizer or venue cannot provide the necessary equipment, I will aim to source all equipment to ensure a smooth, professional experience.
