Pure magic from Start to Finish 💍🎻

Catherine was nothing short of phenomenal. I booked through Gigsalad, which connected me with Kathleen, and from the very first moment I reached out, her communication was absolutely flawless. She was responsive, professional, and incredibly kind throughout the entire process — from our initial conversation all the way to the exact moment I walked down the aisle.

I requested an additional musician to play the cello, and Catherine made sure that happened seamlessly. She even sent us music samples while we were selecting our songs, which truly shows how thoughtful and detail-oriented she is. She wanted everything to feel perfect for us — and it did.

Catherine truly brought my wedding day to life. Without her, I don’t believe the day would have been nearly as magical or as beautiful as it was. Her talent, energy, and presence elevated the entire atmosphere. She was punctual, dressed perfectly for the occasion, fun, engaging, and incredibly friendly …. exactly the kind of person you want on such an important day.

She played prior to the ceremony, during my walk down the aisle, and later for my husband and me during cocktail hour. The combination of her violin and the cellist she brought was absolutely breathtaking. There truly aren’t enough words to describe the magic they created together. As I walked down the aisle, their music made everything feel emotional, elegant, and unforgettable & it truly tied the entire wedding together in the most beautiful way.

Her pricing was very reasonable, and if you are even considering hiring a violinist for your event, Kathleen is the one. If you’re unsure, I highly recommend reaching out to her yourself ….once you get to know her, you’ll see just how special she is. She is 100% worth it.

I would also like to share a video that captures just how fun, engaging, and talented Catherine and the cellist were. Watching it brings me right back to the most perfect day.

Elegant, Professional, and Absolutely Beautiful Performance

We were originally referred to Catherine by another musician who was unavailable on the date of our wedding, and we have to say—they definitely pointed us in the right direction!

Although Catherine herself was also unavailable, she coordinated the perfect string duo to perform at our ceremony. The violinist and cellist she arranged were absolutely wonderful—professional, talented, and added such an elegant touch to our special day. They played our requested songs beautifully for the processional and recessional, making those moments feel that much more personal.

The music was gorgeous, and we received so many compliments from our guests. Catherine was great to work with throughout the process, and we couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. Highly recommend!

Born in California and raised in Arlington, Catherine discovered a profound love for music that would shape a remarkable journey in the world of performance. With an extensive repertoire and a deep passion for multiple genres of music, Catherine has thrived as a performer in DFW performing on violin, electric violin, and viola. Catherine has performed at over 500 events, performing with several string quartets, recitals, and notably with Strange Magic: Electric Light Orchestra cover band, paying homage to the iconic sound of ELO and merging classical training with the vibrant energy of rock and pop. Catherine's attention to detail, flexibility, and passion for music will enhance your event and leave you with an unforgettable performance!
