Cassandra- Pop and Opera Singer

I will provide an exciting and captivating performance for you and your guests! You name the genre or songs you want to hear, and I'll deliver a thoughtful and professional performance.

I will arrive at least 15 minutes prior to performance time and will provide my own water, microphone, chord, and sound system. Power supply is needed. For pop performances, I am capable of using and providing tracks or a guitar accompaniment. Piano accompaniment requested for classical gigs but tracks are okay too. For indoor classical performances, no microphone or sound system is necessary.

Cassandra, also known as Cassandra Pinataro, is an artist bringing a new perspective to the pop music scene. As an opera singer and pop singer-songwriter, she is using lyrical depth and melodic intrigue in her mission as an artist is to inspire others to find their inner fire and motivation while staying true to their own values. This John Lennon Award-winning songwriter has strong vocals and a range that spans over four octaves. Cassandra is currently creating a new genre she likes to call “Popera”. Blending her backgrounds of opera and pop music, she has created a new sound that even the top industry executives say they've never heard before. Cassandra's pop career began in 2021 with monthly releases of singles leading up to the release of her first EP, "Made for Me," and was followed by multiple singles such as, "Meanwhile in My Head," "Only Christmas Wish," (feat. Bryan Ruby), "Free Woman," and her sad girl pop anthem, "Highlight the Real," which encourages others to take the veil off of social media's highlight reel and look after their mental health. Since then, she has released "Next Christmas," "Business Casual," and "Love You Back," the latter being a new mental health anthem and campaign as she continues competing for Miss America as Miss Music City 2023. Most recently, Cassandra was a finalist winner in the John Lennon Songwriting Competition for her original song, “Love Country”.

Classically, Cassandra will be performing with the Nashville Opera in 2024. In April, she will perform as a soprano ensemble member in Mozart's The Magic Flute, and throughout the Spring 2024 season she will be a lead soprano in the company's Opera on Wheels Program performing opera and musical theater scenes across the state of Tennessee.

Throughout her life, she has been involved in many genres of music and recently graduated with a Bachelors of Music in classical vocal performance at New England Conservatory in Boston, MA and graduated with a Masters of Arts in Music Business from Berklee College of Music Online while living and creating music in Nashville, TN.
