In October of last year I booked this company, excecuted a contract and paid their required deposit for a December 14th event. Two weeks before the event I began calling to ask him some questions about our set up and he never returned any of my calls. Four days before our event, December 10th at 7PM he sent an email indicating he couldn't get enough dealers and would have to cancel and return our deposit. I have called, emailed and texted numerouse times regarding the return of our deposit. It is now 5-weeks after our date and 6-weeks since Mr. Arcaini canceled and promised to return the deposit and we have not returned our deposit. I will now have to resort to legal action in order to get the deposit back. This is the worst excuse for a business I've ever seen. I recommend you stay far away from them, not only did they cancel at the last minute but they are now ghosting us so as not to return the deposit.

I hired this company for my company's holiday party for 300 people and they cancelled on me 5 mins AFTER THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO BE THERE!!! Worst experience ever. The reason for cancelling ... the "professionals" he has working for him either over slept or didn't show. I would never recommend them to ANYONE!

This company cancelled on me TWO DAYS before a company event for 150 people.

Bob and Leo were top notch! We will definitely call them again. I cannot think of a single negative about either. Our guests gushed over both.
