I make setup easy and stress-free. Here’s what I need to provide the best experience for your event:

Arrival Time: I arrive 15–20 minutes before the event to set up my station. Larger events may require a bit more setup time, which we can discuss in advance.

Space Needed: A minimum 4 ft x 4 ft area for my table, chairs, and supplies. More space is always appreciated for high-traffic events.

Power: No power is required unless previously arranged for special lighting or equipment.

Shelter/Weather Needs:

For outdoor bookings, I need a shaded or covered area to protect paints and materials from heat, rain, or wind.

I can bring my own gazebo/pop-up tent if your event is outdoors and you don't have a covered area.

Lighting: Adequate lighting is appreciated for evening or indoor events. I can also bring my own battery-operated lighting if needed.

Seating: I bring my own chair(s) and full setup—no supplies or equipment are required from the client.

Parking & Access: Please provide info on the closest available parking and any special entrance, stairways, or loading details so I can get set up quickly and smoothly.
