What to expect
All I need is about a 5‘ x 5‘ space and three chairs. Good lighting is helpful but not a must I always bring lighting. And I always do bring three chairs just in case.
About
I first got started doing Caricatures when I answered an ad in the newspaper in 1999 that went “Artist wanted amusement park“ at Six Flags Great Adventure in New Jersey… sounded good to me as I was living with my parents delivering pizza with an art degree, I just needed anything in the arts. That was the most amazing summer of my life, getting paid to draw for eight hours a day 40 hours a week, very transformative!
And since then, I’ve done thousands of events, weddings, birthday parties, bar mitzvahs, corporate events, grand openings, KinderCare, elder care, fisherman’s wharf in San Francisco, Camden yards in Baltimore and the list goes on and on…Now I’ve been living in Portland, Oregon since 2013. And I’ve been a full-time Caricatures Artist since 2022. I feel so very lucky and grateful to have obtained a lifelong dream of making a living by making people smile and laugh with my talent.
