What to Expect
I would sing, play flute, or sing and alternating with flute for up to 2 hours. I'm familiar with a variety of types/styles of music. I'll include what songs you wish according to your specific choices or needs. I sing solo or with small groups or choruses. Also, I can talk about (and show photos from) my music experiences overseas. I enjoy encouraging people of all age levels to appreciate opera, and I enjoy explaining why the arts, and all genres of music are important and yet great fun for everyone. If you need a back up/session singer or Voice Over work, because of my many "voices", and because of my wide singing range, and because I'm a quick learner . . . I'd be your ideal "go-to" gal.
Caroline performs classical, opera, art songs and more as a lyric, soprano soloist, or with small ensembles, with chorus or with instrumental ensembles, bands or symphony orchestras. Caroline has starred in many operas and is a church musician. She's excellent at playing flute as a soloist, with instrumental ensembles or with orchestra. She also sings pop, Gospel and Jazz and was in a performing Jazz group at GMU. Because of her wide range, versatile voice, dependability and ability to learn at lightening speed, she's an ideal background/studio singer.
Additional Booking Notes
Sometimes I require an accompanist (at your expense). In large areas or outdoors, I might require a microphone (you would provide).
