Good evening Ms. Abriel, I can understand how upset you are that I wasn't able to service your event BUT let's point out the specifics underlined with ALL DUE RESPECT.
Number One: the number you left was not a direct contact number to you but to the place of your business, therefore this was the ONLY number you provided.
Number Two: you did not specify that the festival would be indoors and being that the average person would assume outdoors this particular subject wasn't specified, NOR did not leave any message clarifying how early I could arrive to set up. I've combed through ALL of my text messages (even checked my voicemail ) and found no specific said message and I put that on my stepfather's grave.
Number Three: Ms. Abriel, I'm very much aware that you've read my message, stating " I highly encourage you in requesting a refund from gigsalad and if that doesn't work I'll personally REFUND your deposit through the methods provided to you. And keep in mind, not simply because of this negative review, but simply because it is the RIGHT thing to do. I've been doing what I deeply love for 20 years and take it VERY seriously, in spite of what you.may think. Again, your deposit is still with gigsalad, not me. Ms. Abriel, you and I both know you did not leave any specifics in relation to that particular subject of refunding you (let's be real).
Number Four: after hanging up leaving you a message I received the call as a reminder of the funeral service for my Aunt, and being my schedule is extremely busy, it crossed my mind once again after being reminded. Her funeral services was the same day of your event, during the same time. I wish, with everything in me, I could post my Aunt's obituary here as proof but unfortunately this reply board doesn't provide the options.
Above all else, I sincerely apologize for not being able to service your event, in hopes you'll succeed in finding someone else for your future events. Have a blessed day.
