Emily was one of two silhouette artists at a themed charity event and she was phenomenal. Not only did the guests rave about her, but she was so easy to work with. Flexible and a great communicator, will definitely hire again. Thank you!

This is the 2nd time we've had Emily come to our Company picnic and the 2nd time we've been extremely satisfied with her services. She shows up early, is ready to go and keeps the line moving to get as many portraits done as possible. Everyone was super excited to get there portraits done and very pleased with the results. She drew portraits of our employees, their children and even did a family portrait their fur baby. I would definitely recommend her for any event and would absolutely book her again.

Emily was awesome. Having her was a total hit. My Guest loved getting a personalized drawing.

Emily is an excellent artist and graphic recorder. Our company hired her over two days to record multiple sessions graphically. Here is what stood out:
1. preparation: she asked all the right questions beforehand and prepared thoroughly for our specific event (topic, corporate colors, purpose of session and goals)
2. great attitude: she has a positive, can-do attitude and style that makes working with her a pleasure
3. synthesis: Emily’s ability to follow the conversation and extract key ideas in the moment is impressive
4. visual translation: Emily is great at translating concepts into pictures (i.e. she doesn’t just write down lots of words in pretty ways)
5. flow: her pieces show the flow of the conversation, making it easy to recall the whole session, not just parts
Altogether, these traits make Emily a great graphic recorder. The fact that her final outputs are also visually stunning, make her an artist.

40 sixteen year old girls! Was not sure how they would react, but they LOVED it! Emily is easy to work with. You can tell she loves what she does and that shines through in the service and awesome pics she delivered for my daughter's party. And the girls smiles and "thank you'd" said it all. Emily came to my annual family Christmas party and she was definitely a hit! She was professional, punctual, and courteous and worked straight through for four hours to make sure everyone who wanted their picture done would have it. As for her amazing skills - I can't even begin to say how impressed we all were at Emily's drawings - we laughed and had a wonderful time with her!

Emily was wonderful, and everyone loved her artistic impression of them. She was attentive to our party guests, making them feel comfortable and relaxed. We hired Emily to do caricatures for my son's 2nd birthday party. I received quotes and reviewed other vendor's work and Emily's was the by far the best and worth every penny. Caricatures are supposed to look cartoonish, but should still look like the real person... just exaggerated! Emily's style of drawing was what won me over... the fact that she was able to produce such amazing keepsakes while sketching a moving target (since trying to get a toddler to sit still for more than 5 seconds at a time is like trying to herd cats!) is why I would hire her again!
