Nicole's keynote on mentorship was amazing. What I personally appreciated was her ability to engage our audience from handing out t-shirts, bringing attendee's on stage, and one of the best Q&A sessions I have seen in what has now been our 3rd annual Women in Glass + Fenestration session at GlassBuild America.

I am the Managing Director of Women Who Code DFW. Nicole did a fabulous job facilitating our recent Leadership retreat! The training was top notch, the activities kept everyone engaged, and everyone grew their leadership skills as a result. Nicole was able to draw everyone into the conversation and provided great feedback! After the weekend was over, Nicole went a step further and followed up with the participants - reminding them of the goals they established and the steps they had decided to follow to meet those goals!
