Ashanti Shabazz who goes by the rap name Cani was born and raised in Grand Rapids Michigan on 9/17/1997. The 17 year old female rapper now lives in Cleveland Ohio with Mother Shinitta Hawkins and Father Diya Shabazz and sister Antoinette Shabazz, Cani started rapping in 2005 when she discorved she had a passion for hiphop, Father Diya Shabazz started managing Cani in the year 2012, Although Cani was feat. in many different songs her first single was released in march 2013 called Freshman of the yearr. Cani now attend school at Valley Forge High in Ohio. The Rapper Cani is young but have that Raspy voice that makes her fans love what she do.
