I hand make each and every chocolate that goes out the door! Each and every chocolate is inspected and created by me, the owner.
I create chocolate covered Oreos, Cakesicles, chocolate covered Rice Krispy treats, pretzels, s'mores and more. I take an old time classic (like Oreos or Rice Krispy treats) and bring them to an all new level of sweet, classy and crunch.
I love to match your special event theme. That is my specialty. So, whether it is a Barbie birthday party or an upscale wedding event, I will create magic!

My chocolate story goes like this...back in 2000 I started my own business while raising 2 children. It was called Candy Under Cover. That business did exceedingly well (by God's grace) and I loved running it.

After 15 years, I decided it was time to sell it and go back to my Nursing profession. I sold the business to two lovely business women out of NY. They are still running the business under Candy Under Cover - to this day.

I continued working as an RN- through the Covid epidemic. I was working as a Case manager at a home health care agency. I worked until November 2021 and decided to take a much needed break.

I started "creating" chocolate's here and there once again and my business took off!! I decided to name my business Candy Under Cover 2. Get it?! Since then.....

- I have been contacted by the Boston Celtics to create chocolate covered Oreos for them, 2 years in a row!
- I have all 5 star reviews on Google
- I won the 2024 GOLD medal for BEST CHOCOLATIER in central Ma!

My chocolate is hand made to order and customized to match your needs. Matching special colors, theme or treats is my specialty. I hope you give me a try and I promise you your guests will be WOW'd by our chocolate favors or dessert platters.
