Candy-O recreates the music of the popular new wave rock band The Cars, who pioneered the fusion of new wave and rock during the late 1970's and 1980's with such attention to detail (costuming and musicianship that made the band famous) that you’d swear you’re watching the real thing!
Formed in 2003, Candy O is composed of top musicians from the Los Angeles area. The members (Darryl Battaglia – vocals; DonE Sachs – guitars; Brenton Worthy – bass/vocals; Edward Concialdi – drums; McCrea Adams – keyboards) are all and versatile accomplished players who have and do play in various tribute bands around the area.
Candy O is available for your next event and can play any songs requested as long as they get 2 weeks notice. Set times can vary anywhere from 30 minutes to 3 hours depending on your needs.
