We had our Firm Holiday Party last night, and what a fantastic and successful event! We had hired Caleb Houck to play piano for this event, and his talent and skill and choice of music were off the charts great!! Caleb plays piano beautifully, and he played a variety of classic Christmas Holiday tunes, which was absolutely perfect for the venue and the event. Caleb created the perfect atmosphere with his festive song choices and brilliant musical presentation. Several people mentioned how much they enjoyed the piano player's talent and skill and complimented me on my choice to hire him... we will most definitely hire him again!! Caleb was fantastic and the perfect piano player for this event. We all thoroughly enjoyed his gorgeous piano playing and musicianship. His choice of music was fabulous and festive and perfect! He did an excellent job, from beginning to end. He was a delight to work with, extremely professional, and a true gentleman. He added an element of elegance and class. He made our Holiday Party super festive and extra special, and we plan to hire him again next year, if not before!

About
A native of Raleigh, North Carolina, Caleb Houck is an active recitalist, collaborative artist and private instructor based in Atlanta, Georgia. Recent accomplishments include solo and chamber performances at the Burgos International Music Festival (Spain), Brevard Music Center, Interlochen Center for the Arts, National Center for Civil and Human Rights, The Atlanta Concert Series, City Winery Atlanta, Agnes Scott College Community Orchestra, being named prizewinner at the 2008 South Carolina Music Teachers National Association Young Artist Competition and adjudicating for the 2012 Arthur Fraser International Piano Competition Young Jury. A passionate collaborative pianist, Caleb has appeared on stage with many choral conductors, including Grammy Award winning conductor Jerry Blackstone, Murray Sidlin, Steven Darsey, Larry Wyatt and Alicia Walker, the latter two with whom he worked as a graduate assistant at the University of South Carolina, during which time he accompanied the Concert Choir, University Chorus and Graduate Vocal Ensemble. Caleb's principal teachers were Marina Lomazov, Joseph Rackers and Eric Larsen, with additional study or masterclasses under Rebecca Penneys, Norman Krieger, Eugene and Elizabeth Pridonoff, among others. Besides his Performer's Certificate from USC, Caleb holds a Bachelor of Music in piano performance from Bob Jones University and a Master of Music in piano performance from USC. Caleb maintains a fresh and innovative private studio, teaching students of all ages and levels, and serves on the piano faculty at North Fulton School of Music.
