Cadillac Johnson & Steve Hill Duo

Steve and Cadillac make it easy for the event planners in that we are self contained with our own p.a. system and amplification. If space is an issue, we can fit into a relatively small space.
As professionals, we are always aware of our volume, and we strive to provide, good music, starting on time and always aware of what is expected of us.
Our people always have a good time, and that's what we always strive for.

Cadillac Johnson was born in Houston TX. where he began performing in the early 60's. His childhood friend Billy Gibbons asked him to sub for Dusty Hill in the beginning days of ZZ Top, until Dusty could move to Houston from Dallas. Late '69 until March '70.
Cadillac has played bass for Lightnin' Hopkins, Johnny Winter, Lou Ann Barton, Robert Ealey with several years of residency at Fort Worth's infamous Bludebird Night Club. He's also performed with Sax man Johnny Reno and Austin guitarist Alan Haynes.
Steve Hill is originally from Chicago, but has resided in Springtown TX. for 30 years. Steve, like Cadillac, has been performing sinced the early 60's. He and Cadillac have been together for 12 years, performing in the DFW area.
Too much history to contain here. Suffice it to say, we've been doing this for a very long time, and we love what we are blessed to be able to do...!
Steve has written and recorded 3 solo records and Cadillac has recorded a Gospel/Blues cd called Rev. Cadillac Johnson and the Revelators KneeBone Station.
