We know how stressful it can be to plan and run an event—that's why we can help with any food preparations, beverage service, appetizer/buffet service, clean-up, dish washing, and more. Whether you're planning a large wedding with hundreds of guests, or even just a small dinner party, we are here to help. We are based out of Walpole, but provide services throughout the Boston Area. Kate and Jen arrived with some communication using email/text. They comprehended the service for the small location and party. They were independent and capable to take care of their business services along with providing support with the event.
We hired Busy Bee for a family gathering of 25 at our home. The three team members were prompt and eager to get into the details. Once provided an overview as to what to expect, virtually no further directions were needed. They were professional, polite, pleasant and engaging including having to entertain a busy 4 year old. We will definitely hire Busy Bee again.
Katie and Ryan made our party so easy to manage. They anticipated needs and kept themselves busy without direction. Their attitude was wonderful! We highly recommend them.

Jen and Ciara were absolutely fabulous. They listened to and followed instructions, asked appropriate questions and took over from there. They really helped me enjoy my own party and wouldnt hesitate to hire them again.

The guys from Busy Bee made the party enjoyable and fun for us. They were helpful, conversational but not intrusive. They did what we asked, worked and stayed all night but were not too formal. We had never hired anyone for a party before and this was a great experience. Oh, and Katie, the main contact, is amazingly responsive and organized. Great experience!
We loved working with the group of woman that came. They were punctual, kind and were well dressed. The food was quickly replenished and the girls were very friendly to those that looked for assistance. What I would like to see more of was for them as a team to take more initiative and look for something to do when you can. Even with this said, I would totally hire them again :)

These girls and guy were great. Up and down the stairs and serving in the back yard on a very hot day. They kept the tables cleaned and the food flowing. Great job!

On short notice, Busy Bee Boston provided two excellent servers for an event, at a very fair price.
We hosted a birthday party dinner for 9 people. Brenna and Katie could not have been more helpful and professional. We would definitely use Busy Bee again.
Team showed up promptly. It was my first time hiring staff so I wasn't sure what they could and couldn't do. I didn't have much for them to do in the beginning but once food was coming off the grill they were on top of figuring out what to walk around and serve. Will hire again. Very professional and respectful.
Lovely person who was both efficient and professional. Would hire her again in a heartbeat!
