Burnout & Nervous System Speaking
Overview
I deliver talks and workshops that reframe burnout and over-functioning not as personal failure, but as adaptive survival strategies rooted in the nervous system. Participants often leave with a new relationship to performance - one grounded in presence, internal capacity, and sustainable leadership rather than constant self-sacrifice.

February 11, 2026Disarming, relatable, and wise
Rachel managed to make me feel both so seen and understood, and inspired and confident at the same time. Some speakers feel like they're preaching from a mountain top - "if you can just join me up here, everything will be great!" But Rachel spoke as if she was walking beside me, showing me I didn't need to become a new and improved version of myself to succeed... I just need to befriend myself. I just need to be on my own team. That's when I'm at my most powerful. Highly recommend!!

About
Rachel Oster is a Psychosomatic Practitioner, Somatic Emotional Integration facilitator, and nervous-system-based leadership speaker. She specializes in helping high-performing women and executives who feel the constant pressure to hold everything together—at work and at home.
In today’s culture of urgency and over-responsibility, many leaders operate from chronic stress patterns that quietly erode their clarity, emotional capacity, and long-term sustainability. Rachel teaches a different approach: strengthening resilience at the root by working with the nervous system and the body.
Through practical somatic tools, nervous system education, and emotionally intelligent leadership frameworks, she helps leaders expand their capacity to handle pressure without burning out, over-functioning, or absorbing the emotional weight of everyone around them. Her work supports leaders in becoming more grounded, more regulated, and more capable of communicating with clarity and compassion—even in high-stakes environments.
Rachel’s background in psychosomatic practice, embodiment coaching, and emotional integration allows her to bridge the gap between personal development and professional performance. Her talks leave audiences with actionable practices, deeper self-awareness, and a renewed sense of agency.
She believes the future of leadership is not force—it’s presence.
