Buns n Braids is a dynamic duo in the performing arts! This team consists of Cedes aka Buns and Kinsey aka Braids. Buns n Braids is based out of Kansas City MO. Their performances can consist of but are not limited to Fire Spinning, LED Performances, & Aerial Performances.

Kinsey, or kinzspinz, has been hula hooping since 2016. She started with one hoop, and has now expanded her performance art and flow to multiple hoops and buugeng, along with other apparatuses including handstand canes and lyra. One of her favorite things to do is share her love of flow arts through teaching workshops!

Cedes aka buns is the other part of Buns n Braids. She picked up flow arts four years ago and shortly started spinning fire a year or so after that. If she had to pick a favorite, it would be some fire fans or palm torches. Her go-to props include but don’t limit to her hoops, fans, bugeeng, & lyra.
- Adequate space must be available for aerial rig set up, can set up indoors or outdoors
- Fire is spun outdoors, with some indoor exceptions. Adequate space for safe fire spinning.
