While there absolutely (NO) political agenda involved with our events our guests will break stereo typical barriers simply being in the loving and joyful environment of St. Nick and yes, I know I am African American! But let's be honest Children for the most part could care less they want to see the man in the red suit and to know he got the order for the big day right!

Hello, There Greeting from the Buffalo Ridge St. Nick "Ron"

I became Santa at a very young age. As a child I remember my first Santa suit was made for me out of red scrap material in our elderly neighbors sewing room at the age of eight years old. I was in love with the idea of being able to bring Christmas magic or cheer in general to those around me going through a difficult time. As a child I endured many hardships starting with the loss of a little brother of whom I was caring for to growing up with some mild learning disabilities amongst some other happenings that no child should have to experience Though many would argue that I walked the red carpet to the throne of bitterness, however I chose to use my past experiences as a fuel to ensure that I would do my best to brighten anyone's day especially children to the best of my ability.
In my short thirty-one years of life I went from being a troubled teen to working as a Law enforcement officer and emergency rescue tech for all of my twenties until a medical condition called hemiplegia caused me to give up that dream. I have also passionately worked for Iife scaped Dakotas children's and adult services providing direct support for our friends with special needs, and in Ministry. sanitation and most currently the family owns a BBQ and Cajun food truck in Tea South Dakota.
So why Santa? in 2018 A friend of our father was diagnosed with terminal brain cancer and toward Christmas time of that year, they had moved him to home hospice and were not able to get him out of the house for Christmas photos and the request was made that I get a suit and Santa for the family. I absolutely could not turn that opportunity down. Since then, I have been blessed the opportunity to bring that same cheer and hope to both children and adults alike from shop to a cop with the Sioux falls police department to book readings at daycares and nursing homes. there is no roof too far for these reindeer to fly to bring Christmas cheer.
