She created the most beautiful purple bow balloon arch for my daughter’s 12th birthday, and it was truly a show-stopper. The colors were perfect, the design was creative and elegant, and the attention to detail was incredible. It completely elevated the party and made the whole setup feel extra special.
She was professional, easy to work with, and clearly takes so much pride in her work. My daughter absolutely loved it—and so did all of our guests. I would 100% recommend Brittany to anyone looking for someone who delivers exceptional quality and stunning results.

I reached out last minute (which I do not recommend because she deserves time to work her magic <3) asking if she could create a heart-shaped balloon setup for my daughter, and she exceeded my expectations by a mile. The design was absolutely beautiful, so creative, and completely transformed the space. My daughter was over the moon when she saw it!
Not only did she deliver on such short notice, but the quality and attention to detail were outstanding. If you’re looking for someone who can bring your vision to life—and then take it to the next level—she’s the one. Truly impressed and so so grateful!

To ensure a smooth setup and successful event, BTW Event Planning & Rentals requires the following:
Space & Access
-Adequate space for backdrops, balloon installations, and equipment (exact dimensions will be discussed at booking).
-Clear access for load-in and load-out, including doorways, hallways, or elevators large enough for rental items.
-Reserved parking/loading area close to the event space.
Power
-Standard grounded electrical outlets within 25 feet of setup area for concessions (popcorn, cotton candy) and photo booth equipment.
-Extension cords may be provided if arranged in advance.
Setup & Takedown Time
-Access to the venue at least 1–3 hours before the event for setup (depending on package).
-1–2 hours for takedown and removal of equipment after the event.
Environment
-Outdoor events must provide shade or cover for rentals and décor (direct sun and heat can damage balloons and equipment).
-Backup indoor/covered space may be required in case of extreme weather.
Client Responsibility
-Venue approval for décor, rentals, and concessions.
-Permits (if required) for public spaces or large gatherings.
-Final placement decisions prior to setup to avoid delays.
