Overview
I started drawing cartoons of people when I was in elementary school. I taught traditional drawing and painting, including portraiture, at the University level for 36 years. In 2025 I decided to retire and get back into the fun of caricature drawing. I love interacting with people this way and making them smile and laugh.
I primarily draw black and white, head only caricatures at private and corporate events, but I can do simple bodies and add color as well.

We had the pleasure of having Bruce at our Employee Appreciation Week event, and he was an absolute hit!
From start to finish, he was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and professional. He worked through a steady line of employees with a great attitude, made everyone feel comfortable, and somehow managed to capture each person's personality in a fun and memorable way.
Our employees couldn't stop talking about their drawings, and many left with huge smiles and many laughs. He was flexible with our event needs, easy to work with, and helped make the day feel extra special.
If you're looking for a unique addition to a company event, team celebration, customer appreciation event, or party, I would highly recommend him. He was one of the highlights of our Employee Appreciation Week, and we would gladly have him back again!

Setup requirements
Typically for caricature drawing we need at least 3 chairs. Having light available for darker venues is good, but I can bring a small portable light.
