This is a lively, unique duo. Bruce plays Bass Drum and Guitar and Harmonica and Sings; and switches from 6 string to 12-string guitar, and plays Ukulele and Mandolin.
Tiki D plays Steel Pan, Percussion, Harmonica, and Bass Ukulele. Tiki D has an arsenal of Shakers, Bongos, Djembe, Congas, Samba Whistle, plays Harmonica too, add Chimes, Clackers, Cymbals, Cabasa, Maracas, and a beautiful smile.
They often sound like a four piece. They do cover tunes you might expect and cover tunes you would never imagine a duo could do, plus lots of beguiling originals. This is a very interesting duo to listen to and to see in action. No need for backing tracks. Definitely not your ordinary duo!

June 10, 2015Had them for a 50th and 60th dual surprise birthday party with a beach theme. They arrived early and were set up and ready to go by my deadline. Very personable and easy to listen to. Played their twists of some newer music with a Caribbean theme. All of my guests were very impressed by their performance. Would recommend!

January 11, 2015Talented musicians, together amazing entertainers. Authentic live music without backtracks. Listening to Bruce and Tiki you won't believe there are only two of them. Watching them perform together they are a dynamic pair that easily charms both young and old in the audience. As Independents they play it all including originals. Everyone loved them so much at our event, it would be impossible to ever settle on any other band in the future. You ain't seen or heard nothing like them. You want Bruce and Tiki D performing on your stage!

Bruce is also a sound engineer and has run Front of House sound for Los Lonely Boys, Elyza Gilkeson, Todd Tijerina Blues Band, Rockin' Jake, Joanna Conner, Mem Shannon, Roger "Hurricane" Wilson, John Lee Hooker Jr., and many more national acts.
Bruce has opened for The Dave Clark Five, Sonny and Cher, The Young Rascals, The Box Tops, Suzy Boggus, Jim Stafford, The Youngbloods, The Amazing Rhythm Aces and many other national and international bands.
