We typically plan on two 45 minute sets, with a 20-minute intermission. We can also do a
straight 90 minute set. We will work with the performance venue on any desired modifications
or absolute time restrictions, particularly sound curfew for incoming guests and end times.

Since each engagement and venue is unique, we suggest discussing our requirements at least 2-
3 weeks prior to the performance. The list here is simply a guideline. The band is quite
accommodating to the venue needs and preferences when discussed in advance.
Special Requests:
We love to perform and meet your unique needs. If you have special requests or would like us
to give shout-outs or help create a certain vibe we are always excited to work with you on it!
Setup:
We typically require 2 hours to setup and an additional hour for sound checks. See our
other documentation for technical requirements. We would typically plan to start loading in 5
hours before a performance but we are flexible to the venue’s needs.
Show Length:

Hospitality:
We prefer to have a private, designated room for band members to prepare, warm-up, and get
dressed in for the performance. We request at least 36 bottled waters be made available. We
prefer to have dinner available, to include sandwiches or similar, salad, chips/snacks, assorted
soft drinks, and coffee. The band has a strict no alcohol policy prior to or during performances.
Accommodations:
For performances outside of a 3 hour drive from Atlanta, we request overnight
accommodations. We specifically request 4 double business grade rooms for the night of the
performance, preferably incorporating a breakfast on the date of checkout.
