After we have discovered all these valuable takeaways, I then take the audience to Mt. Everest, where I was part of a team in 2018 to climb the highest peak in the world using these same principles that helped me be successful on Everest. The stories, metaphors and conclusion are memories that the audience can take with them, apply to their corporations and build great accommodations to support all co-workers.

Brooke Chesnut has invested 38 years building successful corporate teams in Sales and Leadership, combined with climbing the highest peaks around the world. Drawing from these experiences, Brooke inspires CEOs, Senior Leaders, HR Professionals and Managers to improve their leadership skills, overcome adversity, and grow their organizations in today’s competitive environment.

Brooke shares a unique perspective as a worldwide mountaineer whose leadership model was dynamically influenced with time spent climbing Mount Everest in 2018 with a multigenerational team.

He connects with audiences through a highly conversational, story-driven, and visual experience. Brooke’s amazing ability to contrast corporate teams and Everest climbers allows audiences to experience the mountainside so they can “see what I saw, sense what I felt, and learn what I realized.”
