I opened the very first coffee shop in the small city of Elgin, approximately 25 miles east of Austin, Texas in July of 2019. Since COVID hit us, we have pivoted and obtained an alcohol license in order to provide not only an espresso mobile bar but we serve latte style mixed beverages as well. The theme in the shop is an educationally-inspired design (comprising the name, CHeMn CaFe - elements in the Periodic Table) - which is why we have decided to name our alcohol service BROO BAr. We have a 5-star review at our coffee house and expect to have the same level of performance as vendors.

Setup Preferences
-Electricity: Access to a standard 110V outlet for brewing equipment and grinders.
-Staging: A flat, stable surface for equipment and serving stations.
-Lighting: Adequate lighting for staff to operate equipment safely, especially in dimly lit venues.
-Ice: If iced drinks are included, ice makers or a way to store large coolers nearby, depending on the event size.
-Kitchen Prep: A small prep area is appreciated for last-minute finishing touches or restocking supplies during service but not necessary.
General Notes:
-Event Size: We are equipped to handle small, intimate gatherings as well as large-scale events. Clear communication about the guest count ensures seamless service.
-Timeline: We require access to the venue 1–2 hours before the event for setup and preparation.
-Permits: If serving alcohol, appropriate permits or permissions may be required based on local laws, as well as Security detail. *We can assist with guidance on this process.
-Staffing: Professional baristas, barbacks, and bartenders provided as part of the package to deliver excellent service and ensure a smooth experience. All staff will be TABC and Food Handler certified.
-Clean-Up: We handle clean-up of our service area only.
