Hello I'm Maddie Casto! I'm a Broadway/Big Band Style vocalist from New York City. I tailor all of my set lists to what ever gig or event I find myself performing. From The American Songbook to Adele, I'm a big voice, a big smile, and a few jokes kind of gal. I am a solo artists, so I am perfect for weddings, parties, restaurants, bars, and more. It's just me and a band in a box that comes with me where ever I go. I have a huge history of performing on stage, traveling across the country with shows, one woman shows, and I have the sass and class that the greats like Judy Garland, Ethel Merman, and Rosemary Clooney left in their legacies.

October 3, 2017We contracted Maddie to perform for the 35th Annual Reunion of the USS Cony DD/DDE 508 shipmates and their families. She not only wrote a show specific to our group, she wowed the audience of her excellent presentation of songs from the 40's to the 60's (the years the ship was in service). She was attentive to detail and went above and beyond to ensure that everyone at the event were transported back in time to relive happy memories. We would highly recommend her to anyone who would like a heartfelt and heartwarming experience! Thank you for a great evening of entertainment and we wish you nothing but the best!

You have the opportunity to tell me about your party or event that you're hosting and what kind of guests you'll be expecting. I always tailor my set lists to suit the party and the guests. BUT My specialty is The American Songbook and golden age music and musical theater. Lots of brass, sass, and pinups. So always expect Frank Sinatra, Judy Garland, Etta James, Rosemary Clooney, Billie Holiday, Nat King Cole, Ella Fitzgerald, The Andrews Sisters, and more. I also love a good classic pop list too with lots of Carole King, James Taylor, and a few stars of today (like Adele!) thrown in! I am a solo artists - I provide all of my own equipment. Mic, Speakers, and orchestra in a box (that's my laptop!) and me dressed in my finest will show up at your event. If you have your own sound equipment I can use that as well. I am very flexible, I love talking to an audience, and giving that extra little bit to your event.
Hello! My name is Maddie Casto. I was born and raised in Columbus, Ohio where I grew up under the tutelage of Rogers and Hammerstein, Judy Garland, Rosemary Clooney, touring Broadway shows, and two very artistic parents. I started performing at a young age - knowing that this was exactly what I was supposed to be doing. I graduated with my BFA in Musical Theater from Wright State University and moved to New York in 2012. I started doing shows regionally and traveling the US with a few productions. Along the way I started to create my own one woman shows BROADWAY DIVAS - and honing my craft and specialty of American Song Book/Big Band style performance. I have a big heart, a big smile, and a big voice - where else to showcase those than being on stage? Bringing Life to a party? To any kind of event that you could imagine? I am here to create an evening of fun, to add ambiance, to bring back a little of the golden age of music and theater that needs to be shared and cultivated, and I am just want you need for your next party!
If you have your own sound equipment, that's wonderful. But I will bring my own mic, speakers, stand, and orchestra with me. I just need a place to change and some water, and we are all set to go. Please always give in detail where you would like me to perform, where I am able to park, and if you are comfortable with me talking with your guests. A lot of the time, guests will come talk with me - and I enjoy that. They are always welcome !
