Simply stated, I transform leaders inside AND out. In addition to public speaking, I conduct workshops, training and retreats on confidence, goal setting, social change and self-development. My approach to leadership hinges on confidence because if people believe in themselves, they will change the world.

Britney Marie Harris is an Entrepreneur and international Keynote Speaker, dedicated to helping others overcome their fears to pursue their passion. As a respected and passionate authority on self-empowerment, she seeks to help Unfulfilled Millennials overcome the status quo by gaining clarity, identifying and conquering self-limiting beliefs, while being courageous. Britney knows all too well about courage. In the fall of 2013 she had an experience, which confirmed her life’s mission and message. Despite her fears, she took a leap of faith and moved to China, alone, for a one-year Mission trip. As a result of that transformation, Britney founded The Unfulfilled Millennial, created to empower, encourage and equip individuals to become Fearless and Free.
Britney has earned a Master’s degree in International relations and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, with a minor in women’s studies.
