I got married abroad and I was looking for a photographer for our second wedding ceremony back home. I came across Matt’s website and knew he would be the perfect fit for us. The ceremony was small and low key with no bridal party/groomsmen. We just mainly wanted group photos with different family members and friends post ceremony, in addition to pictures during the ceremony. Matt was responsive and always easy to get in touch with, not to mention a really kind and nice person. Since this was the second time around, we did not want to do any artsy couples photos around the city or any getting ready pictures, and he was very understanding to what are needs were.

Matt was amazing to work with! He was easygoing and laid back. I would definitely book him again for another family event or special occasion in the future. I highly recommend working with him! Thank you Matt for being there to capture our special day!

Everything about working with Matt (Bright Matter Photography) was amazing.

To start, I had first reached out to Matt 1.5 weeks before our Wedding was going to happen. All responses were prompt and very thoughtful. He had set up an initial call with me to walk through what we would like for our big day, at the time I still had no details and he was completely okay with that- his entire demeanor through out the whole process was professional and very calming (especially for a super stressed covid bride).

When the big day did come, he had arrived early, helped the groom find the best place for our ceremony and took amazing candids of all the men that were there at the wedding, all of which turned out stunning!

As I arrived, Matt was sure to catch special moments with my parents as they helped me out of the car and even better photos of my father walking me down the aisle. As the ceremony concluded, Matt was sure to get pictures with everyone in my family and some really great group shots that we will cherish for a lifetime.

Within 3 days Matt had already sent us some preview shots of our big day, and had the rest of the photos edited and in my hands by the following weekend.

I cannot encourage anyone enough to hire Bright Mater Photography for any of your photo needs.

Matt did a wonderful job capturing our company event. With a beautiful mix of candid shots and staged ones, he made sure we are able to look back for years to come and see what a great time everyone had. He is incredibly professional, keeping me updated before during and after the event. With so much planning and the stress associated, I never had to worry once about the photography piece because I had the confidence Matt was on it. We will be using him for events to come! Book him!
