Hello, my name is Cherlyn Staten.
I am a mother, wife, hobby farmer, event coordinator, florist and flower grower from West Linn Oregon.
When I was a little girl, my dream was to always surround myself with fresh flowers. As an adult I started a career in the event world where my obsession with flowers grew. When Covid struck and the event world started to crumble, my husband and I put our heads together and decided to make my dream a reality. That day Brick & Bower was born.
My husband Chris, my son Ari and my dad Mike have transformed a once blackberry-ridden historic property into a place to start anew. Literal blood, sweat, tears and good old elbow grease have paved the way for an exciting adventure and cultivated a stronger family bond.
This newfound optimism, strength and beauty is what I hope to provide for future customers at Brick & Bower.
