Overview

I provide memorable performances on professional equipment with a repertoire of well-known classics that suit my voice and engage the crowd. I've been gigging for over ten years now and am experienced on how to properly prepare a set for different environments. My communication with managers and booking contacts is prompt and goal-oriented. Lining up a gig where both parties feel like they've won is always a gratifying process.

What to expect

An audience for shows that I put together individually and with supporting acts can expect to see a well-prepared set of all original music with fantastic musicians behind me. For clients that hire me for their business / events, I put together a list of crowd favorites within the right range for my voice and make sure to have a great understanding of those songs in the weeks leading up to the gig. With close to 100 covers ready to go, there is plenty of great material to choose from. I customize a set list that fits the context of the environment I'm hired for. Factoring in whether it is a solo or band performance is essential as well. In a cover songs and solo performance context, I would like to utilize a looper pedal on songs that call for a guitar solo section. This leads to an overall fuller sound or more impressive performance as a solo musician with professional equipment in several instances. Overall the audiences I perform for can expect I'll pay attention to details on how best to serve their particular interests and musical passions while maintaining an artistic integrity of my own.

About

I've pursued songwriting in several cities across the U.S. now and began my music production journey in my hometown of Harrison Township, MI at fifteen. Not long after finishing an audio production degree in Minneapolis, I released my first self-produced album entitled 'Harsh Island' at twenty-one and the obsession had started to grow legs. My second album, 'Planets of Paper' (Feb 2025) revealed more sense as a songwriter and reflected experiences of human life throughout my time in Chicago and on the west coast in Santa Barbara. I just released an exciting single, 'Stand Up, Guy' and am refusing to give up the inner child's calling by producing a third album back in Warren, MI. Taking on residential painting work and whichever music teaching, recording, and performing opportunities I can find in the meantime. I hope the elements of faith that are involved in some of my songs find the right people, as my faith has brought me through everything and I'll continue to call on greater guidance moving forward. It's great to have such talented musicians to call on for support as band members and to have all the necessary equipment to run professional solo gigs as well.
