The audience can expect to see a fun and energetic personality on stage, mesmerized while I loop beatbox, guitar, bass, and piano into a song that seems familiar but they can't quite place. As I quickly and effortlessly start singing the song they realize "Of course, I knew it was Katy Perry!"

Being a music professional for twenty years has given me the ability to read a room and provide the proper songs from an extensive setlist. Whether that calls for funky dance music, Disney soundtrack songs, or classic 90's cuts you forgot you loved, the room always dictates the vibe.

My time in the industry has also developed into a clear understanding of the vibe of the event, making sure the scheduling goes exactly as planned, being radically prepared for the gig, and generally being an easy-going person to work with.

I'm new to Gig Salad, but have played many private events and weddings, often serving as a musical wedding planner.

Brian “BC” Carrion has had an illustrious career, spanning over four decades, including performances in 35 countries, and countless hours writing and producing music in-studio.

Originally from Houston, Brian spent four formative years in Nashville, TN developing his live looping style and writing and playing with the greats. Now back living in the Houston suburbs, Brian teaches and plays music, spinning his quirkness into fun musical surprises for his audience and students.
