seven piece band who don't charge nearly enough for the three hours they performed and absolutely shredded their way through The Killers, The Cars, Tom Petty, Santana, Spacehog (a favorite!), Queen, The Rolling Stones, Dusty Springfield, Prince, The Grateful Dead, Stevie Wonder... I mean.. it goes on and on and on.
if you want to have fun and people up and dancing and you love great vocals, killer guitar, keys and sax, top notch percussion and nailed down bass and drums, this is it! They left us wanting more. And, they're just great people... which means as much as anything to us.
Can't thank them enough for making our day so special!

With Box of Records, you'll get a fun, high-energy performance full of songs you know and love, but not the ones that have been played so many times you're tired of hearing them! While the majority of our set is classic rock, we also have a love for 90's music, so expect a few songs from that era sprinkled in.
We have a professional setup, which includes a PA system, and can provide background music during set breaks, as well as microphones for announcements.
From the Beatles to the Black Keys, Box of Records covers classic rock songs from the 60s and 70s, with the occasional modern/90's tune thrown in! For over 12 years we have been playing a hand-picked selection of hits, B-sides, and rarities for bars, restaurants, block parties, and events. We're a 7 piece band, which includes two vocalists, guitar, bass, drums, keyboard, and percussion.
