Boom Audio Services was established in 2000 with one mission: to provide a high quality Sound, LED Lighting and Stage Equipment Rental Service to the Washington DC, Maryland and Virginia area. Our passion for excellence is what inspired us to open our rental shop, and it continues to drive us each day. Load-In Requirements: To be provided at no cost to Boom Audio Services:

Direct truck access to loading entrance at time of load in and load out.

Parking for 1 truck for the duration of the event.

Adequate electrical service for all production equipment onsite.

A professional security force. Customer is responsible for all equipment onsite from loss, theft, or damage.

A clear area for production control. Exact position TBD.

An authorized representative onsite at time of load in to position structure(s)

Client media available at time of load in to test.

All technical riders, stage plots and room or site plans and show schedule available at least 1 week prior to load in for review.

Onsite restroom facilities for crew from beginning of load in through the end of load out.

Work light for after hours.

All local permits, licenses, or government fees and taxes associated with this production.

Electrical Requirements: Does not apply if BAS is providing electrical service

A certified electrician to make and break connection. BPS technicians are not licensed, nor are they permitted to do this work.

Supplied circuits and electrical outlets to be located no further than 10 feet from the staging area.

BPS not to absorb any electrical, union, rigging, access, or other charges from venue.

Labor hours outlined above are estimated based on information provided. Additional hours needed will be charged at prevailing rates.
