About
Hi! I’m Amanda, a graphic designer, creative event host, and lifelong maker based in Connecticut. I host relaxed, social craft nights designed to give people a reason to get creative, meet new people, and have a genuinely fun night out.
My events combine beginner-friendly crafts with conversation and themed activities, with options for bookish themes, book clubs, girls’ nights, community events, and private gatherings. I provide guided instruction while keeping the atmosphere casual and flexible, so guests can chat, laugh, and create at their own pace. No artistic experience required!
As a professional designer with more than a decade of creative experience, I love turning an idea or theme into an experience that feels thoughtful, approachable, and a little unexpected. Whether you’re looking for a book-inspired craft night, a creative social event, or something customized for your group, I’d love to help make it happen.
Additional booking notes
Craft night requirements are simple and may vary depending on the selected project and venue.
Typical setup needs include:
• Tables and chairs with enough workspace for each participant
• A well-lit indoor or covered event space
• Access to electrical outlets when required for the selected craft
• Access to a sink/water is helpful for painting and certain projects
• Approximately 30–60 minutes of setup time before guests arrive
• Additional time after the event for cleanup
When available, a TV, projector, or display screen with HDMI connectivity can be used for a visual presentation that guides guests through the craft step-by-step and may include reference images, conversation prompts, trivia, or other themed activities. A screen is helpful but not required for every event.
I provide the craft materials, supplies, and guided instruction. For larger groups, access to a microphone or basic sound system may also be helpful.
Specific setup needs will be discussed in advance based on the selected craft, group size, and venue.
