March 15, 2023Great experience
Brian was great! Very professional, arrived on time and was friendly. He is also great at what he does. There was a long line for balloons the entire party. It was a big hit! I would recommend Brian for any event!

April 28, 2019Wedding Clown
We had an excellent experience. We had planned for a kid friendly and focused wedding reception. Top Hat provided that for us. There was a line children to see the clown and get their balloons for most of the time the clown was there!

“They did a phenomenal job with the air brush tattoos and bubbles. Even with a quick torrential downpour, they adapted quickly and kept going. Very pleased and will book again! ”
