August 17, 2026Reshma was the opening act for my product launch at a small business expo. My skincare line is rooted in traditional Indian ingredients and practices I learned about while studying abroad so having her perform felt like the perfect fit. She performed a 2 minute intro before and after my presentation. The audience loved it! Her opening set was the ultimate attention-grabber to get the crowd amped up. For her closing performance, she even worked tossed-out sample freebies into her dance. When I first explained the vision behind hiring her, she was immediately invested. It was her who suggested giving out samples during her set! She came to my booth afterwards so attendees could take pictures with her which drove so much extra traffic to my business. She for sure contributed to my success that day and I look forward to working with her again.

July 16, 2026Reshma was FAN-TAS-TIC! 🤩✨ I hired her for my birthday party to perform an Indian/Eastern-inspired belly dance, and she was absolutely incredible. Not only was she energetic and captivating, but she was also punctual, professional, and so much fun! She even worked a magic trick into her performance. 🪄💃🏽
But what stood out to me most was how genuinely invested she was in making my party special. After her performance, I had a DJ take over. He was great, but despite his best efforts, no one was getting on the dance floor. (Shy much? 😂)
Before leaving, Reshma asked if she could try to get everyone dancing, and of course I said yes. About 10 minutes later, she had practically the entire party in a conga line and brought everyone onto the dance floor! 💃🏽🕺🏽🎉

• BEFORE YOUR EVENT: I like to schedule a quick 10 minute phone call so I can introduce myself properly before the performance day. We go over short walk through of the day of events, any questions, and smoothen out any wrinkles if any. Most importantly, I want you to feel confident that you have hired someone who will show up prepared, professional, and ready to create a memorable moment for your guests.
• You can expect me to arrive early, prepared, and ready to perform. Planning a surprise? No problem. I can remain discreet and out of sight until it is time for the performance.
• You can expect professionalism, punctuality, clear communication, from the moment you book me through the end of your event.
• If your event has a specific theme, audience, or cultural atmosphere, I am happy to discuss ways to make the performance feel more personalized. I take the time to understand your vision so I can deliver a performance that feels intentional to your event—not like something pulled from a one-size-fits-all routine. ** THE PERFORMANCE **
• Lots of movement. I like to move, travel, and use the performance space because I believe everyone in the audience deserves a good view. The guests in the back should not feel like they got the “discount view.”
• Depending on the performance, you may see visual elements that add to the excitement.
• Performances can be mysterious, high-energy, playful, you name it. The tone of the dance will compliment the tone of your event.
• Audience engagement to create moments that invite guests into the experience when appropriate for the event.
• If you give me a song, theme, or concept, I enjoy finding creative ways to make it come to life through movement.
** FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS **
1. How long are your performances?
The three most common options are: 15 Minutes: A single, continuous solo performance | 20 Minutes: Two 10-minute solos with a wardrobe change in between | 30 Minutes: Customized sets spaced out to fit your event's schedule.
Need something different? I also offer shorter sets, ongoing entertainment, and custom performance durations.
2. Typically, how are your performances structured?

-> Highlight Moment (this is different for every event but could be a fun trick, gifting a flower to the guest of the hour, live music, etc.)
-> Audience Interaction

3. What about photo ops?
Photo opportunities take place right after the performance ends! Guests love snapping photos with the costume and can even pose with my performance props.
My technical requirements are generally straightforward, but they may vary depending on the type of performance I am providing.
Performance Area - A 10 feet x 10 feet space is the ideal minimum space. I can perform indoors or outdoors but actual performance area and floor type has to be disclosed in advance. For performances involving significant movement or props, I will discuss the space requirements with the planner in advance.
Sound - Music can be coordinated with the event’s DJ, AV team, or bluetooth speaker. I am happy to provide music in advance for a sound check. If a specific song is being used for a customized performance, I ask that the track be provided at least 3 weeks before the event. If needed, I can travel with a my own speaker - do note, some limitation may apply.
