What to expect

Expect an energetic, engaging, and uplifting experience that leaves audiences not only thinking differently—but feeling better. Bob connects with people in the room through humor, relatable stories, audience interaction, and genuine conversation, turning a presentation into a shared experience rather than a one-way speech. His talks are designed to create moments of connection, inspiration, and positive energy while delivering practical takeaways that are memorable, realistic, and easy to put into action immediately. Audiences leave with simple ideas they can actually use to reduce stress, increase energy, strengthen resilience, and improve their everyday lives. For event planners, the goal is simple: an engaged audience during the presentation and a positive impact they’ll remember long after the event is over.

About

Bob Bekian is a corporate wellness speaker, author, and former Fortune 500 executive who helps people feel better, perform better, and bring more energy to their work and lives.

After a successful career as an executive and entrepreneur—building and exiting multiple companies—Bob turned his attention to a challenge affecting nearly every workplace: how do we stay energized, positive, resilient, and engaged when life and work become demanding?

Drawing from his book, 10 Ways to Feel Better, Bob delivers engaging, practical keynotes and workshops that give employees simple strategies they can begin using immediately to reduce stress and burnout, increase energy, strengthen resilience, and improve overall well-being.

Bob combines real-world business experience, relatable stories, humor, and actionable wellness strategies to create presentations that are motivational without being just another motivational speech.

His signature corporate programs include “10 Ways to Feel Better at Work” and “Your Best Year Starts Before January 1.”

Whether speaking to executives, managers, or an entire organization, Bob's goal is simple: help people feel better so they can work better, connect better, and live better.

Additional booking notes

Bob’s technical requirements are simple and flexible. For audiences of more than 20 people, a wireless microphone system is requested, preferably a headset or lavalier microphone, allowing Bob to move freely throughout the room and engage with the audience. A presentation screen or display appropriate for the size of the room and audience is also requested for Bob’s audio/visual presentation. The venue should provide the necessary projection or display equipment and appropriate audio capability so that all attendees can comfortably see and hear the presentation. Bob is happy to coordinate with the event planner or A/V team in advance to ensure a smooth setup and an engaging experience for the audience.

Set list

Here are 5 of my 1 hour Keynote's. I can also custom-tailor a discussion and workshop for your event.

1. 10 Ways to Feel Better at Work
Simple, practical strategies to reduce stress, increase energy, and feel better every day.
This is probably your strongest corporate wellness title because it connects directly to your book while making the workplace benefit obvious.
2. Your Best Year Starts Today
Simple habits to increase energy, reduce stress, and create positive change at work and at home.
I prefer this evergreen version for GigSalad over “Before January 1” because planners can book it throughout the year.
3. From Burnout to Better
Practical ways to recharge, reset, and bring your best energy back to work and life.
This speaks directly to a major reason HR and wellness planners bring in speakers.
4. The Feel Better Formula
Small changes. More energy. Less stress. A better way to approach every day.
This feels like a signature keynote and gives you room to draw heavily from 10 Ways to Feel Better.
5. Better Together: The Power of Connection at Work
How stronger human connections can improve well-being, engagement, teamwork, and the way we feel at work.
This expands you beyond individual wellness into workplace culture and draws on your interactive, audience-centered speaking style.
