Here’s how it all works:

Let’s Chat: We'll start with a quick consultation—either by phone, email, or DM—so I can learn more about your event, your goals, and your favorite colors or inspiration.
Design & Quote: I’ll send you a custom design plan and quote based on your needs. Every display is tailored just for you, so it’s totally unique!
Delivery & Setup: On the day of your event, I’ll arrive early to install your balloon display, making sure everything looks picture-perfect before guests arrive. You won’t have to lift a finger.
Tear-Down (if needed): For larger installations or venue requirements, I also offer tear-down services so you don’t have to worry about a thing after the party’s over.

FAQs & Balloon Care Tips

“How long will the balloons last?”
Most of our air-filled balloon displays can last several days (even up to a week or more indoors!) if kept in a cool, dry space away from direct sunlight and sharp objects. Outdoor installations are more vulnerable to heat, wind, and weather—but I’ll always do my best to design with durability in mind!

“Can I move the balloon display after setup?”
It’s best to keep your display where it’s installed. While some smaller garlands can be gently relocated, large installations are custom-built for stability and balance in the space they were designed for.

“Do you take the balloons down after the event?”
Tear-down service is available for an additional fee, especially for larger or venue-specific installs. Just let me know ahead of time if you'd like to add that on—I’m happy to handle it!

“What happens if a balloon pops?”
It’s rare, but it can happen—especially outdoors. I always bring a few extra balloons and tools just in case a quick touch-up is needed on-site.

“Can I reuse the balloons?”
While air-filled balloons can sometimes be reused for photos or low-key decor, they’re generally designed for one-time events. The good news? They’ll look their absolute best the day of your celebration!

“Do you offer pickup options?”
Yes! For smaller garlands and grab-and-go displays, I offer convenient pickup options from Grand Prairie. I’ll give you care and transport tips to make sure everything arrives looking perfect.
